Today marks an important milestone for our family, our business, and our industry. I am incredibly excited to announce that Sunless, Inc. has acquired our family business, Norvell Skin Solutions, LLC. I am beyond proud of the strides our team has made over the years to pioneer the spray tanning industry, bringing incredible technology, unmatched spray tanning solutions, the highest levels of education, and many ‘industry firsts’ that have shaped the landscape of the sunless tanning industry as we know it today.

Over the past several months, it has become clear to our family that Sunless, Inc. shares with Norvell a common vision and global outlook towards our industry, all while exhibiting respect and value for what Norvell means to all of us and you. That made Sunless, Inc. not only the right partner for us – but the only one with which we are willing to trust the brand that bears our family name.

Sunless, Inc. has a genuine appreciation for the innovations we have brought to this industry, our incredible team, and our customer service-focused culture. I am confident that combining our resources will result in the delivery of even better products, service and technology to our customers around the world. Our family is truly excited about the potential this acquisition unlocks for the two companies moving forward for years and years to come.

So, what happens next? Our family and our team will be the same tomorrow as it was yesterday. Norvell and Sunless, Inc. will move forward together for the betterment of our customers and our industry. No immediate changes are planned, and Norvell business will continue to operate out of the Alexandria, Tennessee plant with our family in their current capacities. Stacie, Greg, Lynn, and myself will carry on with the Norvell brand under the guidance of Peter van Niekerk at Sunless, Inc. Rest assured, Norvell solutions, formulations, the Norvell brand, and products will not change. Norvell will continue to build and deliver the product you have so passionately come to love.

ALEXANDRIA, TN – As tanning professionals across the country prepare for the busy season, two of the biggest companies in the sunless tanning industry are joining forces. Sunless, Inc., which is owned by The Riverside Company, has acquired Norvell Skin Solutions, LLC, effective April 29, 2016.
